Who We're Looking For
HVAC Service Technician
We're seeking experienced HVAC technicians who value quality over speed and honesty over sales.
What You'll Do:
- ✓ Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- ✓ Document every visit with photos and video (we provide the tools)
- ✓ Communicate findings clearly to homeowners using our proven system
- ✓ Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations to manufacturer specs
- ✓ Represent Crazy Comfort with professionalism and integrity
What We're Looking For:
- → 3+ years HVAC experience (residential preferred)
- → EPA 608 Universal Certification
- → Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- → Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- → Ability to communicate clearly with customers
- → Pride in doing quality work—every time
Bonus points: NATE certification, heat pump experience, mini-split installation experience, or commercial HVAC background.
HVAC Apprentice / Helper
New to HVAC or looking to grow your skills? We'll train the right person. Must be willing to learn, work hard, and show up on time.
- → Some mechanical aptitude or trade school background preferred
- → Valid Texas driver's license
- → Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Office / Customer Service
Help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. Answer calls, schedule appointments, and keep our operations running smoothly.
- → Excellent phone and communication skills
- → Comfortable with scheduling software and computers
- → Organized, friendly, and detail-oriented
