Agreement Terms
This HVAC Maintenance Plan includes one comprehensive HVAC system maintenance service during the twelve-month coverage period. The included service covers inspection, evaluation, and preventative maintenance tasks for both heating and cooling components as determined appropriate by Crazy Comfort based on system condition, accessibility, and manufacturer guidelines.
This plan does not guarantee the prevention of system failure or eliminate the possibility of emergency service needs.
Additional maintenance visits beyond the single included annual service are not included and may be scheduled at the customer's request at the prevailing member rate.
This agreement establishes an annual service relationship and associated member benefits and does not constitute a warranty or insurance policy.
